True to his French heritage, Chef prepares classic dishes such as Foie Gras, Escargot, Breast of Duck, Bouillabaisse and Ballotine.

Expect Mediterranean influenced dishes such as Orata, Branzino, Paella and Italian favorites that include Marinated Grilled Calamari over Broccoli Rabe and Roasted Red Peppers and Filet Mignon of Veal in a Marsala Wine Sauce with Homemade Tagliolini Pasta.

Chef’s homemade desserts include: Crème Brulee, Chocolate Truffles, Profiteroles, Chocolate Mousse Teardrops, Floating Islands, Macarons, Italian Cheesecake, Apple Tartin, Chantilly Crème Puffs.
